主に使うソフトはOutlook,Excel, Word, Photoshopです。Duties mainly done through Microsoft applications including but are not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, and Photoshop.

未経験の方も一から指導します！If you do not have experience with working in tattoo field, please do not worry about it as we will provide detailed training!

仕事内容:
アーティストとお客様の間に入りコミュニケーションを円滑に行えるよう通訳・翻訳を行います。また、各アーティストのスケジュール管理やお店の宣伝、売上や経費の管理、その他雑務を行って頂くお仕事です。

Your primary duties will consist of assisting communicating between artists and customers, translate/interprete as required. Additionally, manage artists schedule, as well as utilize social media platform to promote the business, manage expense and revenue via Excel, and conduct additional duties as required.

-勤務時間・曜日- Working Hours・Dates
・週3～　日米の土日・祝日を含む Minimum of 3 full days a week including Japanese/ US federal holidays and the weekends
・10:30-21:00 (内休憩2時間半を含む) Hours wil be from 10:30-21:00 including 2.5 hours break

・日常英会話が問題なく出来る方 - Anyone who can communicate both in English and Japanese fluently
・Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook等)やPhotoshopが使える方 - Anyone who can use applications including but are not limited to Microsfot Apps
・簡単なパソコン業務が出来る方 - Anyone who is confident with basic comupter/desk work
・売上管理・経費管理が出来る方 - Anyone who has experience in managing finance
・長期仕事が出来る方 - Anyone who can work for long-term
・進んで仕事をこなせる方 - Anyone who is motivated and willing to make working environment better
・臨機応変に物事を対応する能力を有する方 - Anyone who has ability to problem-solve by considering the environment and situation without assistance

未経験からのスタートをスタッフも沢山活躍しています！- Majority of our stuff started with without any experience but they learned as they go.

トレーニグ期間があるのでじっくり指導します！- During your training time (probational period), we will provide detailed and in-depth training for you!
