仕事内容 【Job Description】 We are currently seeking a full time Kitchen cook at The Westin Rusutsu Resort located in Hokkaido. We have Buffet resutaurant, Japanese restaurant and Teppanyaki. At buffet and Teppanyaki, you will cook in front of customers. ・Cooking from preparation to serve ・Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes. ・Executing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness 【Requirements】 ・Valid visa holder to work as chef in Japan(ex. Skilled Labor, spouse of Japanese National) ※Visa support - we can support for renewal. ・3 years of cooking experience. ・Strong communication skills ・Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment ・Motivated person to serve best dishes to our customers 【The Westin Rusutsu Resort】 The Westin Rusutsu Resort is a Marriott group's brand and luxury hotel in Hokkaido Nature. It is located in 90 minutes drive from Sapporo and New Chitose Airport. Rusutsu is one of the Hokkaido's largest all-season resort which you can enjoy golf, ski and other activities in nature. Location:13 Izumikawa, Rusutsu-mura, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido 048-1711 【Environment】 ・Many international staff from Indonesia, China, Korea, Nepal, India etc. ・Support for individual growth with the chance to gain new experiences. 【Benefit】 ・Dormitory for singles with free Wifi(11,000yen ～ 17,000yen including utilities) ・Social insurance ・Staff meal（breakfast 200 yen, lunch/dinner 400 yen) ・free amusement park ticket, free ski pass, free renal for ski and snowbord, discount for restaurant and shop. ・company nursery ・longer close off in April and November. ・10 days Paid leave(After 6 months) 【Working Condition】 ・Monthly salary : 250,000 yen ～ ※including 40 hours overtime payment(56,000 yen～） ・Working hours：5:00～23:00 ※8 hours of actual work between the above hours ※60 minutes break ※shift system (4～9 days off per month)

シフト制 勤務時間 実働時間：8時間/日 平均勤務日数：1ヶ月あたり21日～23日 ・勤務曜日：月・火・水・木・金・土・日・祝 ・勤務時間： [1] 05:00～23:00 8 hours of actual work between the above hours ◆Annual variable working hours system (average of less than 40 hours per week and daily working hours depend on the shift)

給与

月給250,000円以上 給与 月給 25万円以上 （固定残業代や一律手当を含む） 固定残業代：1ヶ月あたり5万6000円（固定残業時間：40時間） 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する Bonus in June and December 交通費：交通費支給 ◆ Commutation allowance provided up to 25,000yen per month（up to 1,000yen per day） ◆ Commuting by private car is acceptable ◇ Parking space available
