シフト制勤務時間・曜日: ■ Working Hours * Shift-based schedule * Each shift is approximately 3–4 hours, depending on the show you are assigned to MC * Shift times may vary depending on the show schedule ■ Employment Terms All new hires will initially join as a part-time employee on a 2-month contract. After the initial 2-month contract, based on performance and overall suitability for the role, the contract may be: * Renewed as a part-time position, or * Transitioned to a full-time contract Please note that the transition to a full-time position is subject to performance and business needs.

仕事内容: Live Performance & MC * Host and lead our Sumo entertainment shows as the main MC. * Keep the energy, pacing, and excitement of the show at a high level. * Introduce guests to Sumo history, rules, and culture in a fun and engaging way. Guest Engagement * Provide friendly, professional hospitality to guests from around the world. * Lead interactive activities and photo opportunities. * Create a welcoming, fun, and energetic atmosphere for every guest. Team & Show Operations * Work closely with the team to improve the show flow and overall guest experience. * Collect and share guest feedback to help continuously improve our shows. * Help maintain a safe, professional, and high-quality performance environment.

求める人材: Requirements * Language: Advanced level English required, Basic conversational Japanese is okay. * Skills: Passion for public speaking, performance, or storytelling. * Mindset: No professional experience required—we value charisma, stage presence, and a positive attitude above all else.
