This is a pivotal role within our expanding team, ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, international environments, enjoy acquiring new skills, and take pride in maintaining an organised and efficient workplace. You will play a vital part in organising daily administrative tasks, coordinating communication between team members and clients, and ensuring the smooth running of business operations across all departments. 求める人材: 応募資格・スキル * 語学力 – 日本語および英語に堪能で、優れた文章力とコミュニケーション能力を有すること。 * 経験 – 事務職やオフィス業務の経験があれば尚可。ただし必須ではなく、学び成長する意欲の高い方を求めています。 * 業務管理能力：スピード感のある職場環境の中で複数の業務を同時進行し、優先順位をつけて効率的に業務を遂行できること。 * 細部への配慮：すべての業務において高い正確性と一貫性を維持できること。 * 主体性：自発的に行動し、チームのニーズを先回りして対応できること。 * 問題解決力：課題を前向きかつ積極的に捉え、問題が大きくなる前に対応できること。 * 簿記・経理知識：基本的な簿記知識、または会計ソフトへの理解がある方（研修にて習得可能）。 歓迎スキル: * バイリンガルまたはインターナショナルな環境での就労経験 * Google Workspace、Notionなどの生産性ツールの使用経験 * スマートホーム技術、デザイン、建築への興味 * プロジェクト管理や調達業務のサポート経験 Skills & Requirements * Language proficiency: Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience: Previous administrative or office experience would be an advantage, but is not essential — we value potential and a willingness to learn. * Organisation: Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and consistency in all work. * Proactive mindset: Ability to work independently, take the initiative and anticipate the needs of the team. * Problem-solving: A positive and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate. * Bookkeeping: Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles or familiarity with accounting software (training will be provided). Additional Skills: * Experience of working in a bilingual or international environment. * Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion and other productivity tools. * Interest in smart home technology, design or architecture. * Experience of supporting project coordination or procurement.
