勤務地: Mainly in Tokyo and Saitama (Tokorozawa, Kawagoe, Chichibu) For guides based in Tokyo, there may occasionally be day trips to Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Nikko, or Yokohama. All transportation expenses for these trips are covered. 主に東京都内と埼玉（所沢、川越、秩父） ご自身の居住地域から通勤可能なエリアでの勤務が可能です。 東京都内を拠点とする場合は、富士山・箱根・日光・横浜などへの日帰りツアーを担当いただくこともあります（その際の交通費は別途支給いたします）。

仕事内容: Unlock Japan Tours is seeking friendly, reliable, and culturally curious individuals to join our team as freelance tour guides mainly in Tokyo and Saitama (Tokorozawa, Kawagoe, Chichibu) As a UJT tour guide, you will lead private, fully customizable walking tours for international guests based on their unique interests—whether it's temples, food, history, or off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods. Our tours are completely bespoke, flexible, non-scripted, and focused on meaningful local experiences. 勤務時間・曜日: This is a flexible, freelance-style position. You can choose when and how often you work based on your availability and tour requests. * Tours are usually scheduled anytime between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM * Weekdays and weekends both available * Most tours last 3-8hours * You can accept or decline each tour based on your schedule * Perfect for those looking for part-time, side jobs, or seasonal work シフトは月5日〜程度で自由度が非常に高いです。ご自身のスケジュールとツアー日程で勤務日を調整します。 * ツアーの実施時間帯は 午前9時〜午後9時 の間が中心です * 平日・土日ともにツアーの依頼があります * 1回のツアーは 3〜8時間程度 が目安です * ご自身の都合に合わせて、ツアーごとに「受ける・受けない」を選べます * 副業・空き時間での勤務にも最適です
