仕事内容: Job Purpose A Franchise Sales Director is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple franchise locations. They are responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of company policies and procedures across all franchise locations, as well as maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction. Main Duties and Responsibilities ▶Leading and motivating franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets. ▶Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. ▶Developing and fostering positive relationships with franchisees. ▶Conducting regular performance assessments and implementing improvement plans. ▶Collaborating with other departments to drive overall business success. Developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability. ▶Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics. ▶Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues. ▶Implementing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility. ▶Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises. ▶Identifying and assessing potential new franchisees, and guiding them through the application and onboarding process ▶Participating in industry events and conferences to network with peers and stay up-to-date on industry trends
