You will be in charge of cooking a wide range of Japanese cuisine, from breakfast (buffet) to lunch and course meals. ■Work where experience can be utilized We welcome applicants with 3 or more years of cooking experience in a hotel Japanese cuisine department or high-priced restaurant. For those who do not have much experience as a chef, this is an environment where you can improve your cooking skills while working and aim to be in charge of a hotel restaurant/cooking department in the future. If you already have a lot of experience, we will consider positions such as kitchen supervisor, etc. according to your experience. ■We also welcome those who wish to become independent in the future.
