フレックスタイム制度 勤務時間・曜日: The available position requires a 40-hour work week. After completing the probationary period, you will be entitled to 22 days of annual leave.

給与

月給370,000円～420,000円 給与: Bonus twice a year

求める人材: Duties include, but are not limited to: * Scheduling and managing appointments for Head of Mission and Deputy Head of Mission, including car schedules in coordination with the driver * Travel management for Head of Mission and Deputy Head of Mission, including travel expenses * Organizing delegation visits · Liaising with local authorities and institutions, including formal written and oral correspondence * Event organization, including invitation management * Assisting at events * Supporting the social media presence of the Embassy and the Head of Mission * Providing informal translation and interpretation in Japanese and English, both written and oral, German language skills welcome * Responding to telephone and written inquiries in Japanese and English, German language skills welcome * Providing support to non-Japanese-speaking colleagues at the Embassy Depending on operational needs, you may also be assigned to other tasks within the Embassy, including acting as a substitute, when required. Employment is governed by Japanese labor law. Personal requirements: * Japanese citizenship or valid residence permit and work permit for Japan * Excellent written and oral command of Japanese and English, German language skills welcome * Willingness to acquire - where applicable - necessary specialist knowledge * Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills * Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure * Impeccable professional and personal integrity * Flexibility in daily work processes in a dynamic environment * Willingness to accompany Head of Mission on official business, when required Very good MS Office skills and basic understanding of IT system applications
