仕事内容: 仕事内容及びアピールポイント： Full-time Front Desk Staff & Customer Support Staff and Property Management Specialist. Providing customer support via the AirBnb platform Customer Support: - Hosting using the AirBnb booking platform by exchanging messages with guests using a smartphone and PC - Providing multi-language support - Assisting guests to make and confirm reservations - Providing calm and professional support when guests experience issues on our properties. -Basic front desk duties, such as confirming guest check-ins フロントとカスタマーサポートのスタッフ募集です。主にAirbnbというプラットフォームで、英語などの外国語を使って、ゲストとコミュニケーションをとってもらいます。語学力を生かせる楽しい仕事です。簡単なフロント業務（例えばチェックイン確認など）
