During the winter season (Dec–Mar), you will join our operations in Hakuba and Madarao, managing around 30 international staff members as you support both restaurant and accommodation businesses. It’s a fast-paced, multicultural environment where you can fully utilize your English and leadership skills while navigating the unique challenges of operating in Japan’s snow regions — truly an exciting and rewarding experience. During the off-season (Apr–Nov), life in the area slows down. You’ll have more time to focus on improving systems, planning new ventures, and refreshing yourself while maintaining a relaxed working style. We also offer an annual 36-day consecutive leave, in addition to weekends and public holidays.
