Managed by a Hawaiian, we are casual, but hard-working. In particular, we have created a company that provides working mothers and fathers with a flexible work-style in support of your childcare responsibilities. As a company, we strive to be a purpose-driven company focusing on the globalization, evolution and revitalization of the Japanese tea industry. Over the last two decades, Japanese consumption of Japanese tea has declined by 40%, Japanese tea farms have decreased by 70% and while exports have increased by 5x, it remains less than 10% of total production. As it stands, even if globalization supports the Japanese tea production industry, Japanese tea culture will become the plastic bottle tea culture of Japan. We are attempting to change this situation.
