仕事内容: About Us We are a professional accounting and consulting firm providing a wide range of services, including tax advisory, labor and social security consulting, administrative procedures, and M&A support. Our work covers everything from complex tax and financial matters to bookkeeping, payroll, and HR outsourcing services for small and medium-sized businesses. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an Administrative and Accounting Support Staff Member to assist primarily with accounting-related operations. You may work within the income thresholds commonly associated with dependent tax and social insurance status in Japan (such as the ¥1.03 million or ¥1.3 million annual income limits). However, as our firm employs more than 51 employees, individuals who work 20 hours or more per week on an ongoing basis may be required to enroll in Japan's social insurance system. If you wish to remain within the dependent status limits, please let us know during the interview process. We offer a flexible shift-based schedule, allowing you to work around your family commitments and children's schedules. Positions are available from 2 or 3 days per week, depending on your availability. 勤務時間・曜日: * Fluent English speakers are our top priority. Japanese language skills are not required. * This is a shift-based position. Working hours will be approximately 5–6 hours per day, 2–3 days per week, with schedules arranged according to your availability. Working hours will remain within dependent tax and social insurance limits where applicable. * We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family commitments, children's school events, professional qualification exams, and second jobs. Working days and hours can always be discussed.
