仕事内容: You will be responsible for officiating wedding ceremonies as a pastor. This includes leading the ceremony, coordinating with venue staff, and ensuring the event runs smoothly and professionally. No experience is required. Training will be provided, so even first-time applicants can start with confidence. You will play an important role in creating a meaningful and memorable experience for the couple and their guests. 【Schedule Example】 8:30 Arrival at the Wedding Venue Briefing and confirmation of ceremony details with staff Rehearsal with couple and team 10:00 　Wedding Ceremony Officiating the ceremony and managing overall flow 10:30 　Finish / Leave the venue

給与/待遇

時給5,000円～6,000円給与: ■Salary Details Equivalent to ¥10,000–¥12,000 per ceremony (approx. 2 hours) Daily wage increases based on performance and experience Details regarding the conditions to reach ¥12,000 will be explained during the interview Training period starts at ¥9,500, with step-up opportunities after debut Transportation expenses will be reimbursed separately
