We are seeking an experienced and passionate Snapdragon Master Trainer to take a leading role in delivering high-impact technical training, developing strategic partner relationships and supporting the adoption of Qualcomm's innovative technologies. This is more than a traditional training position. You'll combine your expertise in technical education, stakeholder engagement and content development to influence how Qualcomm's technology is understood, represented and adopted across Japan's technology ecosystem. About the Role This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with a strong view to extension, based in Tokyo, Japan. As a Snapdragon Master Trainer, you will play a central role in Qualcomm's training and enablement initiatives, delivering engaging virtual and in-person training to sales teams, OEMs, channel partners, distributors and other key stakeholders. Beyond facilitating training, you'll contribute to training strategy, develop learning materials, coach fellow trainers, lead special projects and establish strong relationships across Qualcomm's partner ecosystem. You'll collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure training content remains relevant, technically accurate and aligned with business objectives. The position follows standard business hours (Monday–Friday), with up to 50% travel for training delivery, strategic engagements and industry events. Why Join This Programme? What You'll Do Technical Training & Facilitation * Deliver advanced technical and product training through engaging virtual and in-person sessions. * Lead high-profile training events, partner programmes and strategic enablement initiatives. * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical and engaging learning experiences. * Adapt and localise training content for different audiences, technical abilities and market requirements. * Support and coach other trainers, sharing best practices and improving training effectiveness. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement * Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, retail partners, channel partners and other key stakeholders. * Proactively identify opportunities to expand training engagement and partner participation. * Work closely with sales, marketing and regional training teams to support business priorities. * Engage directly with partner leadership and key decision-makers to understand training needs and strengthen relationships. Training Strategy & Content Development * Contribute to the creation and improvement of presentations, e-learning resources, videos and interactive training materials. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve training methodologies, content quality and learner engagement. * Support special projects that enhance training effectiveness and expand programme reach. * Gather participant feedback and provide recommendations to continuously improve learning outcomes. Industry Engagement & Market Insights * Stay informed about Snapdragon technologies, mobile computing, AI PCs, wireless connectivity and industry developments. * Monitor competitor activity and emerging technology trends within Japan's market. * Represent Qualcomm at relevant trade shows, industry events and strategic partner engagements. * Share market observations and partner feedback with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement. About You You're an experienced technical trainer and confident communicator who enjoys simplifying complex technology, building meaningful relationships and creating engaging learning experiences. You combine strong presentation capabilities with commercial awareness, technical curiosity and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement. Ideal Experience & Qualifications * 5–7+ years of experience in technical training, product education, training development or sales enablement. * Experience within consumer electronics, telecommunications, mobile computing, semiconductors or a related technology sector. * Excellent presentation, facilitation and public-speaking skills. * Demonstrated ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience developing, adapting and delivering high-quality training content. * Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage partners and senior stakeholders. * Ability to provide feedback, mentoring and coaching to other trainers. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, multimedia tools and virtual training platforms. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and projects. * Proactive, collaborative and adaptable, with a genuine interest in emerging technologies. * Fluent English communication skills; Japanese language proficiency highly desirable for engagement with local partners. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. * Legally authorised to work in Japan and willing to travel up to 50% as required.
