仕事内容: TAIMATSU株式会社の新ブランド「YOKAI Perfume」第一号店舗のオープニングスタッフを募集します。 「YOKAI Perfume」は、“香り＝妖気”という独自の発想から生まれたフレグランスブランドです。 目に見えない存在を香りとして可視化し、空間・体験・記憶に残る新しい価値を提案します。 本ブランドは、日本古来の香原料を使用し、日本独自に開発された調香技術によって香りを設計しています。 パッケージデザインには日本の伝統工芸の要素を取り入れ、「香り＝妖気」と捉え、目に見えない世界観を商品および体験として表現する新しいコンセプトの香水ブランドです。 【募集概要】 ・お客様に特別なショッピング体験を提供していただける方を募集します ・経験不問（未経験者歓迎）／研修制度あり ・外国籍の方には、入社6ヶ月後より就労ビザサポートあり ・店舗マネージャー、店舗HRなどへのキャリアパスあり ・正社員登用実績あり 【主な仕事内容】 ・接客および販売業務 ・店舗清掃および商品ディスプレイの管理 ・免税手続きおよび通訳サポート ・在庫管理および商品管理業務 【ブランドコンセプト】 YOKAI JAPANは妖怪という日本の概念に根ざしています。 目に見えない体験や感情が、独自のかたちをとることができるという考え方です。 このレンズを通して、パフュームラインは儚い日本の情景を捉え、香りへと凝縮し、日本の精神を一本一本のボトルの中に宿らせます。 TAIMATSU Co., Ltd. is recruiting opening staff for the first store of its new brand, “YOKAI Perfume.” “YOKAI Perfume” is a fragrance brand born from the unique concept of “scent as yōkai (spirit).” It visualizes invisible presences through fragrance and proposes new value that lingers in space, experience, and memory. The brand uses traditional Japanese aromatic materials and develops its scents through uniquely designed Japanese perfumery techniques. The packaging incorporates elements of traditional Japanese craftsmanship, expressing an invisible world through both product and experience under the concept of “scent as yōkai,” creating a new approach to fragrance as an experiential art form. 【Position Overview】 ・We are looking for individuals who can provide customers with a distinctive and memorable shopping experience. ・No prior experience required (training provided). ・For non-Japanese nationals, work visa support will be available six months after joining. ・Career paths available, including Store Manager and Store HR positions. ・Opportunities for full-time employment conversion available. 【Main Responsibilities】 ・Customer service and sales operations ・Store cleaning and product display management ・Tax-free procedures and interpretation support ・Inventory and stock management 【Brand Concept】 YOKAI JAPAN is rooted in the Japanese concept of “YOKAI.” It is based on the idea that invisible experiences and emotions can take unique forms of expression.
