アピールポイント: Rainbow Kids Care (レインボーキッズケア）では、英語が話せるベビーシッターを募集しています。私たちは訪日外国人観光客が安心して子供たちを預けられるベビーシッターサービス、英語での旅行サポートを提供します。お客様のホテルや観光地での同行、食事の際のお手伝い、またお子様と遊びやアクティビティを通じて楽しく過ごせるようにサポートします。 At Rainbow Kids Care, we are currently recruiting English-speaking babysitters. We provide reliable babysitting services and English-language travel support for international tourists visiting Japan. Our services include accompanying families at hotels and sightseeing locations, assisting during meals, and engaging children in fun activities and playtime to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

仕事内容: 訪日外国人家族のお子様へ英語でのベビーシッターです。お客様のリクエスト場所に応じて、ホテル、Airbnb、または一緒に観光地やテーマパークを巡る際にお子様のケアをするお仕事です。お仕事内容はお子様をお預かりする場所やお客様のリクエストに応じて内容も異なります。 We offer English-speaking babysitting services for families visiting Japan. Our sitters can care for your children at your requested location, whether it’s a hotel, Airbnb, or even while accompanying you to sightseeing spots or theme parks. The specific services we provide will vary based on the location and your individual requests.

給与

時給2,000円～3,300円給与: * 時給: 2000円（5AM-10PM）、2500円（10PM-5AM） * 2人目のお子様から、1人につき時給+200円 * 交通費: 1回1000円支給 * Hourly rate: ¥2000 (5AM-10PM), ¥2500 (10PM-5AM) * For a second child and beyond, an additional ¥200 per hour per child * Transportation fee: ¥1000 per visit

休日休暇

休暇・休日: フレックス制お客様から依頼をいただいた時のみのお仕事です。 This is a flexible position, and you will work only when requests are received from clients.

求める人材: * 英語が流暢な方（他の言語スキルがあれば尚可） * お子様と楽しく過ごすことができ、ベビーシッターや保育士など子供に関わるお仕事経験がある愛情豊かな方（未経験は不可） * 保育士資格、ベビーシッター養成講座修了証など ※現在お持ちでない方でも、今後取得を予定されている方のご応募も歓迎いたします救命技能認定証保持者（面接後の取得OK） * すぐにお仕事開始可能な方 * 午前中もお仕事可能で、フルタイム勤務をしていない方 * 生後6か月のお子様のケアが可能な方 * 喫煙者でない方 * 日本国内で業務委託として働くことが可能な在留資格をお持ちの方English * Fluent English speaker (additional language skills are a plus) * Loving and caring individual with prior experience working with children (e.g., babysitter, nursery teacher, or related role) — no entry-level applicants without childcare experience * Certified Nursery Teacher, Babysitter Training Completion Certificate, or equivalent ※ Applicants who do not currently hold these certifications but plan to obtain them in the future are also welcome Holder of valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain it after the interview) * Able to start working immediately * Available to work in the mornings and not employed in a full-time job * Able to care for infants from 6 months old * Non-smoker * Must hold a valid visa that allows freelance/contract work in Japan
