勤務時間

固定時間制勤務時間・曜日: 基本の勤務日は、水曜日・金曜日の18:00から閉店までです。夜間・週末・祝日の勤務にも一部対応できる方を募集していますが、すべての夜・週末・祝日に勤務する必要はありません。業務の拡大に伴い、追加シフトの可能性があります。 Initial regular shifts will be Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 p.m. until closing. Availability for some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is essential, although you will not be expected to work every night, weekend, or holiday. Additional shifts may become available as the role grows.

休日休暇

休暇・休日: シフト制です。基本の勤務日は水曜日・金曜日の18:00から閉店までですが、シフトは事前に相談のうえ決定します。勤務時間は週20時間以内です。 This is a shift-based position. Initial regular shifts are Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 p.m. until closing, with schedules discussed in advance. Working hours will not exceed 20 hours per week.

As your experience and responsibility grow, there may be opportunities to take on more leadership in shift support, event planning, marketing, and café management.

仕事内容: ボードゲームカフェで、お客様に温かく快適な時間を過ごしていただくための接客を中心に担当していただきます。ご来店時のご案内、ドリンク・簡単なフードの提供、レジ・POSシステムの操作、店内の清掃・整理・補充、必要に応じたボードゲームの説明などが主な業務です。忙しい時でも新しく来店されたお客様にすぐ気づき、安心して過ごせるようにお声がけできる方を歓迎します。イベント運営のサポートや、Instagram・YouTubeでのマーケティングにも関わっていただく場合があります。 You will primarily provide warm, attentive customer service at our board-game café and help create a comfortable experience for every guest. Main duties include welcoming customers, preparing drinks and simple food, using the POS system, cleaning, organizing, stocking supplies, and explaining board games when needed. We are looking for someone who notices new arrivals and helps them feel welcome, even during busy moments. You may also support events and assist with Instagram and YouTube marketing.

求める人材: 【必須条件】・日本語と英語の両方で、お客様と基本的なコミュニケーションが取れる方 ※両言語とも完全な流暢さは必須ではありませんが、接客に必要なレベルの理解と会話力が必要です。・お客様を明るくお迎えし、相手の状況に合わせて気配りができる方・忙しい時でも、新しく来店されたお客様に気づき、優先順位を考えて行動できる方・責任感を持って、清掃・補充・接客などの業務に取り組める方【歓迎条件】・カフェ、飲食店、小売、接客、イベント運営などの経験がある方・ボードゲームや地域コミュニティづくりに興味がある方・Instagram、YouTube、写真・動画制作などのマーケティングに興味がある方・夜間、週末、祝日の勤務に一部対応できる方 Required * Comfortable communicating with customers in both Japanese and English. Full fluency is not required, but a solid working understanding of both languages is essential. * Friendly, attentive, and able to make guests feel welcome. * Able to notice new arrivals, set priorities, and respond calmly during busy moments. * Reliable and willing to handle customer service, cleaning, stocking, and other daily café duties. Preferred * Experience in cafés, food service, retail, hospitality, or events. * Interest in board games and community-building. * Interest in Instagram, YouTube, photography, video, or marketing. * Some availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
