仕事内容: Join our team at "Aenokoto", a unique restaurant located inside “Tooryanse Kanazawa Food Labo” in the heart of Kanazawa. We specialize in "Nodoguro Donburi (Blackthroat Seaperch rice bowls)", a local delicacy highly valued in Japanese cuisine. Our dishes are prepared in a variety of styles—sashimi, charcoal-grilled, and semi-raw—served in traditional Kutani ware and Yamanaka lacquerware, blending Kanazawa’s food culture with its renowned craftsmanship. As part of our staff, you will: - Welcome and serve both domestic and international guests, many of whom visit Kanazawa for its food culture. - Support kitchen and floor operations, ensuring smooth service in a lively, tourism‑oriented environment. - Share the story of Kanazawa’s culinary and craft traditions with customers, creating a memorable dining experience. 勤務時間

シフト制 勤務時間・曜日: Shift system between 9:00–22:00 (approx. 40 hours/week) (Average overtime hours 10～20 hours/month) ◎店舗営業時間 (Business Hours) - Monday & Thursday: 11:00 – 16:00 - Wednesday & Friday: 11:00 – 21:00 - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 10:00 – 21:00 *The restaurant is generally closed on Tuesdays.

給与

月給250,000円～350,000円 給与: Performance-based incentives

休暇・休日: Holiday　105days/year Mainly Tuesdays + others 9-10days/month
