仕事内容: 【Summary】 As an Associate Consultant in the high-layer recruitment division, you will initially focus on candidate sourcing and talent acquisition. After approximately one year of experience, you will transition into a full Consultant role managing both clients and candidates. 【Main Responsibilities】 * Sourcing, scouting, and headhunting candidates who meet specific hiring requirements. * Introducing job opportunities and providing interview coaching to candidates. * Hearing recruitment needs from client companies and proposing hiring solutions. * Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including hiring advice and post-placement follow-up. 【業務概要】 ハイレイヤー人材紹介部門にて、まずはコンサルタントになるための準備・研修期間として、最初の1年程度はアソシエイトコンサルタントとして候補者のサーチや獲得に注力していただきます 。約1年後には、企業と候補者の両面を担当するフルコンサルタントへと昇格します 。 【コンサルタントの主な業務】 * 候補者のサーチ・スカウト： 採用要件に合う人材をヘッドハンティング * キャリアアドバイス： 案件紹介や面接対策などの候補者サポート * クライアント対応： 企業の採用ニーズをヒアリングし、解決策を提案 * プロセス管理： 入社までのアドバイスや入社後のフォローアップ ※この求人はランスタッドの直雇用の求人となります。

フレックスタイム制度 勤務時間・曜日: * Working Hours: Super-flex system (7:00–22:00) with no core time. Standard working day is 8 hours. * Holidays: Fully weekends off (Sat/Sun) and public holidays. * Other Leave: Congratulatory/condolence, maternity/childcare, and nursing care leave. 5+ consecutive days of leave possible.

給与

月給303,700円～353,700円 給与: * Monthly Base Salary: 303,700 JPY – 353,700 JPY (determined based on experience and skills). * Incentives: Paid 4 times a year based on performance. * Overtime: Paid separately. * Year 1: 6,000,000 JPY (Base + incentive). * Year 2: 7,200,000 JPY (Base + incentive). * Top performers can achieve over 10,000,000 JPY through performance-linked incentives.

求める人材: Required Skills & Experience: * At least 1 year of interpersonal negotiation or sales experience. * Japanese (Fluent level or higher) and English (Daily conversation level or higher). * Strong drive to achieve targets and professional tenacity. Preferred Skills: * Sales experience in Finance, IT, Consumer Goods, or Medical/Pharma industries. * Business-level English proficiency. * A "Growth Mindset" and a willingness to learn from others.
