勤務地: ・東京都千代田区富士見1-7-12 A-ARCH BLDG 2F（飯田橋駅より徒歩3分） ・ハイブリッド勤務のため、出社日と在宅勤務日を組み合わせて働いていただきます。 ・撮影現場やクライアント先（都内中心）への外出があります。 ・受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙（敷地外であっても、オフィスから見える範囲での喫煙も禁止） - A-ARCH BLDG 2F, 1-7-12 Fujimi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (3 minutes' walk from Iidabashi Station) - Hybrid working, combining office days and work-from-home days. - Some visits to shoot locations and client offices (mainly in Tokyo). - Smoking policy: no smoking on the premises or anywhere within sight of the office

仕事内容: Wild Tame（https://wildtame.co.jp）は、東京・飯田橋に拠点を置くクリエイティブエージェンシーです。ブランド戦略、映像制作、デザイン、モーショングラフィックスを通じて、国内外の大手企業のコミュニケーションを支援しています。 2011年に2名で創業し、営業活動に頼らず口コミだけで約30名の多国籍チームへと成長しました。2026年にそごう・西武グループの一員となり、独立したエージェンシーとしての運営はそのままに、事業の幅を広げています。 社内の共通言語は英語、クライアントの多くは日本企業です。アカウントマネージャーは、クライアントとチームをつなぐ要となるポジションです。 【仕事内容】 担当クライアントの窓口として、長期的な信頼関係を築き、取引を継続・拡大していただきます。クライアントは製薬、リテール、メーカーなど幅広い業界の大手企業です。 ・担当クライアントとの日々のコミュニケーション、定例会議の運営 ・クライアントの課題やニーズのヒアリング、新たな提案機会の発掘 ・企画提案書や見積の作成、社内チームとの提案準備 ・受注後はプロジェクトマネージャーやクリエイティブチームと連携し、期待を超える成果につなげる ・担当アカウントの売上・予算管理、年間計画の策定 ・社内クリエイティブチームへの英語でのブリーフィング Wild Tame (https://wildtame.co.jp) is a creative agency based in Iidabashi, central Tokyo. We help major Japanese and international companies communicate through brand strategy, video production, design and motion graphics. We started in 2011 as a two-person studio and have grown to a multinational team of around 30, entirely through referrals. In 2026 we joined the Sogo & Seibu group. We continue to run as an independent agency, and our work keeps expanding. Our internal working language is English, and most of our clients are Japanese companies. Our account managers are the link between our clients and our team. [The role] As the main contact for your clients, you'll build long-term relationships and help those accounts grow. Our clients are major companies across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail and manufacturing. - Day-to-day client communication and running regular client meetings - Understanding client challenges and needs, and finding new opportunities to propose - Preparing proposals and estimates with our internal team - Working with project managers and our creative team to deliver work that exceeds expectations - Managing revenue and budgets for your accounts, and annual account planning - Briefing our creative team in English

求める人材: 【必須】 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語力 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内会議、メール、ブリーフィングを英語で行えること） ・広告代理店、制作会社、デザイン会社などでのアカウントマネジメントまたはクライアント営業の経験3年以上 ・大手企業クライアントとの折衝経験 【歓迎】 ・ブランディング、映像制作、デザインなどクリエイティブ領域の提案経験 ・担当アカウントの売上拡大の実績 ・多国籍チームや外資系企業での勤務経験 【求める人物像】 ・クライアントの立場に立って考え、信頼関係を大切にできる方 ・日本のビジネス慣習を理解しつつ、海外のクリエイターの視点も尊重できる方 ・状況が曖昧なときも、自ら考えて動ける方 [Required] - Native-level Japanese - Business-level English (able to run meetings, emails and briefings in English) - 3+ years of account management or client services experience at an advertising agency, production company, design studio or similar - Experience working with large corporate clients [Preferred] - Experience proposing creative work such as branding, video or design - A track record of growing client accounts - Experience working in multinational teams or international companies [What we value] - Putting yourself in the client's shoes and caring about trust - An understanding of Japanese business practices, combined with respect for international perspectives - The ability to take initiative when things are unclear

勤務時間・曜日: ・実働8時間（休憩1時間を除く） ・フレックスタイム制（コアタイム 11:00〜15:30）。多くの社員は、それぞれの事情に合わせて8:00〜10:00の間に始業しています。 ・ハイブリッド勤務（出社日と在宅勤務日を組み合わせた働き方） - 8-hour workday (excluding a one-hour lunch break) - Flextime with core hours of 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Most employees start between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., depending on their circumstances. - Hybrid working, with some days in the office and some days working from home.
