職種/仕事内容

仕事内容: We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands‑on Personal Assistant who can seamlessly support our CEO in both personal and professional matters and bring strong photo/video content skills to the table. This role isn’t office‑bound—some days you’ll be managing schedules and handling admin remotely, other days you might be on the move with the CEO, attending meetings and making sure everything runs smoothly. ⭐ Key Responsibilities Personal Assistance: * Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel and logistics. * Keep business documents, notes, and reports well organized and accessible. * Take care of both personal and professional errands/tasks to keep the CEO’s life running smoothly. * Act as the main liaison with clients, partners, and stakeholders—on email, calls, or in person. * Research topics, prep briefs or reports, and handle ad‑hoc requests quickly and efficiently. * Accompany the CEO to events, trips, and meetings, providing on‑the‑spot support. Content Creation: * Capture high‑quality photos and videos for products and for social media content. * Edit and enhance photos and videos for social media, presentations, and personal/professional use. * Suggest creative ideas for documenting projects, travels, or day‑to‑day highlights. * Use editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) to polish content and make it stand out. What we’re looking for * A natural organizer who loves making sure everything runs like clockwork. * Excellent communicator—friendly, professional, and able to represent the CEO well. * Comfortable juggling personal tasks with business priorities. * Skilled with a camera (phone or DSLR) and confident with video shooting and editing. * Experience with editing software or apps to deliver polished, ready‑to‑use content. * Flexible and available to travel or accompany the CEO when needed. * Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive—you see what needs to be done before being asked.
