仕事内容: Job type: Full Time Job Starting: April 2026 The applicant must reside in Tsukuba, Japan. Liberty International School is seeking a self-motivated, yet teachable educator, with training and experience in teaching Elementary school level. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of student-centered instruction and the use of inquiry to support learning. The successful candidate will be able to use technology in the classroom and create materials as needed. The candidate must understand that they are responsible for teaching all the core subjects such as: Mathematics, English, Science, and Social studies. Additionally, this teacher will be proactive, thinking of new or more effective ays to conduct instruction. Finally, the successful candidate will be able to explain the importance of working with others, valuing diversity, and differentiating learning and apply them in the work environment. Qualifications and Experience: University degree – Possess at least a BA or BS in the relevant field. Work experience – Have at least 2 years of teaching experience in an Elementary school. License/Teaching Certification: It is not required but preferred. Curriculum: Familiarity with common core curriculum is preferred Holidays: Most national holidays off; summer break (approx. 6 weeks), winter break (approx. 3.5 weeks), spring break(approx 3 weeks), and Golden Week break.
