仕事内容: We are looking for a motivated, caring, and creative Chinese teacher to join our growing team at O.K. Kids Academy in Yokohama. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to grow professionally within a small but fast-growing and highly regarded multilingual school in the local community. You will work with our established curriculum and teaching materials, while having the freedom to bring your own personality, creativity, games, and teaching ideas into the classroom. As our school continues to grow, the right person will have the opportunity to gradually take on leadership, academic coordination, and management responsibilities. ⭐What You Will Do * Prepare and organize all teaching materials and activities before each class, making sure everything is ready so lessons can start smoothly and on time. * Lead fun and engaging English lessons for children ages 3–12, following our established curriculum and learning goals. * Bring lessons to life by adding your own creativity, activities, games, and teaching style. * Support children's learning and development both during lessons and daily school activities. * Work closely with other teachers and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. * Share ideas and teaching resources with the team and help maintain high teaching standards. * Observe students' progress and provide simple feedback to the school and parents. * Help create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment for children. * Participate in school events and special activities throughout the year. ⭐ Career Development We are a growing school and would like to find someone who wants to grow with us.
