アピールポイント: JoynStar is run by a small international team with teaching experience both in Japan and abroad. We place a strong emphasis on creating an organized, supportive, and friendly working environment. Our curriculum, lesson materials, schedules, and classroom systems are prepared in advance so teachers can focus on teaching and connecting with their students. Our current full-time and part-time teachers especially appreciate the friendly atmosphere, clear lesson structure, supportive management, and close communication within the team. As a small school, we value every teacher as an important member of the team. We appreciate reliability, creativity, good communication, and teachers who genuinely care about their students. We are also currently developing our social media content for JoynStar. Depending on interest and availability, additional paid hours may occasionally be available for content creation, filming, or appearing in videos. This is completely secondary to the teaching position and is not a requirement of the role.

求める人材: This position is specifically for applicants with a professional background in education, a teaching qualification, or previous professional teaching experience, preferably with children. Please apply only if you meet at least one of the following: Degree, qualification, or professional background in education/teaching Previous professional experience teaching children in a school, preschool, language school, tutoring, or similar educational setting Other relevant professional teaching experience that demonstrates strong classroom and student-management skills Applicants without any teaching qualification, educational background, or previous teaching experience will unfortunately not be considered. We especially welcome applicants who: genuinely enjoy working with children are energetic and comfortable leading interactive activities are reliable and well organized communicate well with colleagues can follow an established curriculum while adding their own creativity are interested in improving and developing as a teacher. Applicants must have valid eligibility to work in Japan. We are unable to sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants on a student visa must hold a valid permission to engage in activity other than that permitted under the status of residence previously granted (資格外活動許可).
