仕事内容: Wild Tame（https://wildtame.co.jp）は、東京・飯田橋に拠点を置くクリエイティブエージェンシーです。ブランド戦略、映像制作、デザイン、モーショングラフィックスを通じて、国内外の大手企業のコミュニケーションを支援しています。 2011年に2名で創業し、営業活動に頼らず口コミだけで約30名の多国籍チームへと成長しました。2026年にそごう・西武グループの一員となり、独立したエージェンシーとしての運営はそのままに、事業の幅を広げています。 社内の共通言語は英語、クライアントの多くは日本企業です。多くのプロジェクトは英語で企画・制作されるため、それを自然で魅力的な日本語に仕上げることが、作品の質を大きく左右します。 【仕事内容】 ・英日翻訳・ローカライズ：英語で書かれたコピーや原稿を、意図とトーンを保ちながら自然な日本語に翻訳 ・ブランドの日本語コピーライティング（タグライン、Webサイト、パンフレット、映像のナレーション・字幕など） ・クライアントに納品する日本語の制作物（レポート、印刷物、Web、映像など）の校正・校閲 ・社内のクリエイティブチームやプロジェクトマネージャーとの英語でのやり取り ・表記ルールや用語集の整備など、日本語品質を保つ仕組みづくり Wild Tame (https://wildtame.co.jp) is a creative agency based in Iidabashi, central Tokyo. We help major Japanese and international companies communicate through brand strategy, video production, design and motion graphics. We started in 2011 as a two-person studio and have grown to a multinational team of around 30, entirely through referrals. In 2026 we joined the Sogo & Seibu group. We continue to run as an independent agency, and our work keeps expanding. Our internal working language is English, and most of our clients are Japanese companies. Much of our work is planned and created in English, so turning it into natural, compelling Japanese makes a big difference to the final result. [The role] - English-to-Japanese translation and localization: translating English copy and scripts into natural Japanese while keeping the intent and tone - Japanese copywriting for brands (taglines, websites, brochures, video narration and subtitles) - Proofreading Japanese deliverables before they go to clients (reports, print, web and video) - Working with our creative team and project managers in English - Building style rules and glossaries to keep our Japanese quality consistent

求める人材: 【必須】 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語力と、高い日本語の文章力 ・ビジネスレベルの英語読解力（英語の原稿を正確に理解し、社内のやり取りを英語で行えること） ・広告代理店、制作会社、出版社、翻訳会社などでのコピーライティング、編集、翻訳、校正いずれかの実務経験3年以上 【歓迎】 ・英日翻訳・ローカライズの実務経験 ・企業のブランディング、広告、企業出版物（統合報告書など）の制作経験 ・製薬・ヘルスケア、リテール業界の制作経験 ・多国籍チームでの勤務経験 【求める人物像】 ・言葉の細部にこだわり、読み手にとっての伝わりやすさを大切にできる方 ・英語の意図をくみ取り、日本語として最適な表現を提案できる方 ・締め切りを意識しながら、複数の案件を丁寧に進められる方 ※選考の過程で、ポートフォリオ（過去の制作物）や簡単なライティング課題をお願いする場合があります。 [Required] - Native-level Japanese with excellent Japanese writing skills - Business-level English reading (able to understand English source copy accurately and communicate with the team in English) - 3+ years of experience in copywriting, editing, translation or proofreading at an agency, production company, publisher, translation company or similar [Preferred] - Experience translating and localizing English into Japanese - Experience with corporate branding, advertising or corporate publications (such as integrated reports) - Experience working with pharma, healthcare or retail clients - Experience working in a multinational team [What we value] - Caring about the details of language and how easily readers can understand it - Understanding the intent behind English copy and suggesting the best way to say it in Japanese - Handling several projects carefully while keeping deadlines in mind *We may ask for a portfolio or a short writing task during the selection process.

年俸4,000,000円～5,500,000円
勤務時間・曜日: ・実働8時間（休憩1時間を除く） ・フレックスタイム制（コアタイム 11:00〜15:30）。多くの社員は、それぞれの事情に合わせて8:00〜10:00の間に始業しています。 ・ハイブリッド勤務（出社日と在宅勤務日を組み合わせた働き方） - 8-hour workday (excluding a one-hour lunch break) - Flextime with core hours of 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Most employees start between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., depending on their circumstances. - Hybrid working, with some days in the office and some days working from home.
