仕事内容: We're Hiring: Tech All-Rounder – Windows / Office / PC Setting / Python / Automation / AI / APIs / Website Management / Ecommerce International to work in our small team of people to help with daily operations and site management. Bonus if you know: PHP, GIT, MySQL, Laravel / Envoyer, Web Design, Hosting (e.g. BigCommerce / Shopify), Global Import/Exports, PWA, OPSEC / Cybersecurity / English The Most Important Skill: COMMON SENSE If you have some and can make decisions independently, you’ll go far here. We're looking for someone who’s: A quick learner Independent Able to think for yourself Not afraid to make decisions and take initiative Interests that are a big plus: Programming Anime / Japanese culture Bilingual in Japanese and English This is a small team in a small company (about 20 people – 10 are part-time packers). You won't just be staring at an IDE, doing code reviews or pull requests all day. You’ll be keeping the business running. That means: Doing priority work first Fixing things when they break Rolling out ongoing projects Helping customer support if someone calls in sick Listing products on the site if needed Troubleshooting network, printing, or computer issues on the fly If the site isn’t generating income, no one has a job – it’s that simple. Once you understand the flow of the business, you can start improving everything. Use automation, scripting, and AI to replace boring repetitive tasks: Build AI chatbots Automate new product listings Scrape data for price comparisons Build stock check systems and simple APIs You don’t need to be a master or a specialist. We need someone who can: Move fast Fix fast Get things working “good enough for now” It’ll probably change or break later anyway – and that’s okay.
