仕事内容: * Welcome guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures * Provide friendly and professional customer service to domestic and international guests * Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and messages through OTA platforms and the Property Management System (PMS) * Confirm daily reservations, arrivals, departures, and room availability * Coordinate with housekeeping staff regarding next-day check-outs, room cleaning schedules, and room status updates * Regularly verify inventory and operational supplies in coordination with management * Assist guests with local information, transportation arrangements, and recommendations * Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries * Report guest feedback, incidents, and operational issues to management * Ensure the front desk and common areas are maintained in a clean and organized condition * Support daily hotel operations and perform other related duties as assigned

求める人材: [Required Skills] * Business-level English communication skills * Business-level Japanese communication skills * Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, OTA platforms, PMS systems) * Ability to provide professional customer service and hospitality [Preferred Qualifications] * Previous hotel front desk or hospitality industry experience * Experience using hotel PMS systems and OTA platforms * Experience assisting international guests * Additional foreign language skills are welcome
