仕事内容: * Customer (patient) services and medical/health care administrative work at a renowned mental health and internal medicine clinc that supprots both a Japanese and expat communities of the Greater Tokyo area * Training and mentoring will be conducted extensively for new staff, therefore prior clinic experiences would be appreciated but are not required. * Communicating (both verbally and digitally) with a diverse demographic clientile in both English and Japanese. * Upgrade your digital skills (training will be provided but comfort with computor and consumer digital devices is a must) * Learning about mental heatlh and general medical knowledge to help customers and apply to your own health

対象となる方

求める人材: * English communication skills (daily conversation level or higher). TOEIC, Eiken, or other scores are welcome. * Warm and empathetic communication with patients * Able to work for at least 6 months continuously * Preferably available for evening shifts until 21:00 on weekdays and to work 3+ days a week (Fri–Sun ~10:00-17;30)
