仕事内容: ・Work closely with the distributor partner for the services, technical quality matter. サービス、技術的品質の問題について、ディストリビューターパートナーと緊密 に連携する。 ・Work closely with regional functions associate with the services quality, PM,CM efficiency activities, compliance , FCO execution ,operation excellences activities. Margin Productivities, Digitization activities. サービス品質、PM、CM 効率化活動、コンプライアンス、FCO 実行、卓越した運 用活動に関連する地域の機能と緊密に連携する。 ・Provide all necessary services and product for sales. 販売に必要なすべてのサービスと製品を提供します。 ・Follow all relevant business and Q&R policies and procedures and when requested participate in reviews and follow up actions. 関連するすべてのビジネスおよび Q&R のポリシーと手順に従い、要求された場合 はレビューとフォローアップアクションに参加します。" ・In the event of a serious problem, we will provide on-site support and escalation to related function.(etc,Internal/Global) 重大な問題が発生した場合の現場へのサポートとテクニカルサポートへのエスカ レーションを行い、関係各所へ報告を実施する。 ・Tasks that have a deadline, such as Installation, Upgrade, FCO and regular inspections, will be managed regularly and executed within the deadline. 設置、Upgrade、FCO、定期点検等、実施期限があるタスクについては、定期的に 管理し、実施期限内に実行する。 ・To Improve customer satisfaction, sets and monitors high level service quality and sustainable process to achieve result in customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers to improve relationships and implement accountability. 顧客満足度を向上させるために、サービス品質の高い基準を設定して監視し、顧 客満足度を向上する体系的なシステムを主導(提供)します。顧客とのコミュニ ケーションを図り関係向上と顧客管理体制を実践する。 ・Implement processing problems and improvements that occur in field service operations, and constantly improve operations. フィールドサービスオペレーションで発生する処理の問題や改善を実施し、常に オペレーションの向上を果たす。 ・Share technical information with FSE and related function., timely Escalation and seek prompt resolution. メンバー間や関係各所と技術的な情報を共有し、適時 Escalation し迅速な解決を図 る ・Propose proactive maintenance work and strive for stable system operation. Installation, Repairs, and Support of remote systems for preventive maintenance, and utilize remote systems efficiently. プロアクティブな保全作業を提案し、システムの安定稼働に努める。予防保全の ためリモートシステムの設置、修理、サポートを行い、リモートシステムを効率 よく活用する。 ・Promote education aimed at improving FSE knowledge and technical skills. Grow with each other within the team. FSE の知識や技術力向上を目的とした育成を促進する。チーム内で互いに成長し合 う。 ・Installation, Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Upgrades, FCO work for the customer for all systems sold by Elekta. (Include standby, Multi-Modality, OneTeam, etc.) エレクタが販売する全てのシステムにおいて、客先での製品設置、修理、定期点 検、アップグレード、FCO 作業。(スタンバイ、マルチモダリティ、OneTeam など の活動を含む。) ・Customer phone support (support center, remote support) 顧客電話対応(サポートセンター、リモートサポート) ・Confirmation of technical details with the manufacturer (email exchange in English, etc. if necessary) 製造元と技術的内容の確認(必要に応じて、英語によるメールでのやりとりな ど) ・Support of CSSM's strategy plan and execute for renewal contract, New contract, Upgrade sales. Promote POS and cash collections.
