仕事内容: ■Site Security Manager at a Leading Global Company As a Site Security Manager, you will lead the security team to ensure the safety and security of our infrastructure facilities. This role involves managing security operations and collaborating with clients and leadership to drive customer success. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, operational skills, security expertise, and the ability to provide a safe environment. ■Responsibilities ・Oversee security management across multiple facilities. ・Recruit, train, and develop security personnel. ・Monitor and improve security systems. ・Manage operations by communicating effectively with clients and affiliates. ・Ensure compliance with safety regulations, post orders, and incident management procedures. ・Respond to emergencies. ・Provide regular updates to leadership and support the maintenance of a safe environment.
