勤務地: Additional Work Location Information Instructors will provide lessons at the following ski resorts in the Echigo-Yuzawa area of Niigata Prefecture: * Iwappara Ski Resort * Yuzawa Nakazato Snow Resort * Maiko Snow Resort The assigned ski resort will not be fixed and will depend on lesson bookings and guests’ requests. Instructors will be informed of their assigned ski resort and meeting location in advance. Staff accommodation is available, so applicants from other parts of Japan and overseas are welcome. The accommodation includes a kitchen for self-catering.

アピールポイント: Why Work with SnowJourney Japan? SnowJourney Japan provides private ski and snowboard lessons for international visitors, particularly guests from Taiwan. Our lessons are limited to a maximum of four guests, allowing instructors to provide personalized and attentive support. Competitive Hourly Wage and Minimum Pay Guarantee The hourly wage is ¥3,000. If the total monthly hourly wages and commission are less than ¥150,000, we will pay the difference so that the total monthly payment reaches ¥150,000. This minimum pay guarantee provides greater financial stability, even during periods with fewer bookings. Additional Commission for Guests You Refer Instructors receive an additional commission equal to 15% of lesson sales from guests they personally refer. You can use your personal connections, social media presence and communication skills to increase your income. Small Private Lessons Each private lesson is limited to a maximum of four guests. Instead of teaching a large group, you can focus on each guest’s age, experience and ability. This makes it easier to provide high-quality instruction and see your guests’ progress and enjoyment firsthand. Use Your Chinese or English Skills Most of our guests are international visitors, including beginners and families from Taiwan and other countries. This is an opportunity to use your Chinese or English skills while introducing guests to the enjoyment of skiing, snowboarding and Japan’s snow resorts. Instructor Certification Is Not Required Instructor certification is preferred but not required. Applicants without formal qualifications may also apply. We will consider your skiing or snowboarding ability, teaching experience, communication skills and personality. Staff Accommodation Available Staff accommodation is available during the employment period. The accommodation includes a kitchen for self-catering. This makes it easier for applicants from outside the area and Working Holiday participants to start their winter season in Japan. As an opening team member, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and ideas while helping us develop better lessons and services. 求める人材: We are looking for instructors who not only have strong skiing or snowboarding skills, but can also understand our guests’ needs and provide safe, enjoyable lessons. Requirements * Able to teach skiing, snowboarding or both * Able to communicate with guests in Chinese or English * Currently authorized to work legally in Japan or able to obtain the appropriate visa or work authorization before employment begins * Able to prioritize guest safety at all times * Available to work from January 2027 to March 7, 2027 Preferred Experience and Qualifications * Previous ski or snowboard teaching experience * Ski or snowboard instructor certification * Experience teaching beginners or children * Experience working in hospitality or tourism * Basic Japanese communication skills * A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required Instructor certification is not required. Applicants without formal certification are welcome to apply and will be considered based on their skill level and teaching experience.
