仕事内容 ■ Responsibilities 1. Level 2 End User Computing Technical Support • Advanced troubleshooting of Windows endpoint issues • Endpoint configuration support and endpoint compliance remediation • Support for approved corporate applications • Diagnosis and remediation of device performance and OS issues 2. Identity and Endpoint Administration • Operational administration support for: ○ Microsoft Active Directory ○ Microsoft Entra ID ○ Microsoft Intune ○ Microsoft Exchange Admin Center 3. Network Support • Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues • Initial diagnosis of network incidents • Escalation to designated Level 2/Level 3 support teams 4. Asset and Vendor Management • Maintain onsite IT asset inventory records • Coordinate RMA and warranty activities; liaise with approved hardware vendors as needed • Document asset movements, replacements, and recoveries ■ Why This Role Stands Out Be part of a brand-new facility from its very first month of operations Bilingual, cross-border role — you'll bridge local Japanese users with overseas technical teams Broad, hands-on scope across end user support, identity/endpoint administration, and vendor coordination Work alongside EIRE Systems, a well-established IT project management and infrastructure consulting firm operating across Japan and the wider Asia-Pacific region, with deep experience in enterprise data center builds High visibility role — you'll be the trusted face of IT for all local stakeholders
