仕事内容 Below are examples of specific responsibilities: ・Support the implementation of DX project solutions within Japan. ・Act as a bridge between the business team and IT team to facilitate project progress. ・Provide Chinese-English-Japanese interpretation and translation for smooth project execution. 具体的な業務の例です： ・日本国内でのDXプロジェクトソリューションの実施をサポート ・プロジェクトの進行を円滑にするために、ビジネスチームとITチームの架け橋となるよう業務を遂行する ・プロジェクトの円滑な進行のために、中国語・英語・日本語の通訳および翻訳を行う 1. Collaborate with various business departments (including sales, delivery, and finance) to understand their business processes, rules, and strategies, and analyze relevant data. 2. Collaborate with various stakeholders across business units, provide expert support, dig deep into data & BI reporting requirements, and create requirements solution documentation. 3. Collaborate with IT team to ensure business requirements are translated into technical solutions for data modeling and BI reporting and maintain communication with IT team 4. Participate in project planning and execution and maintain close coordination with all project stakeholders to ensure high quality and on-time project delivery. 5. Participate in UAT validation of project deliverables to ensure deliverables meet business requirements from both business and requirements perspective. 6. Participate in feedback analysis and support of delivered data models and BI reports to continuously improve the business value of data models and BI reports and respond to questions from the business side. 7. ITチームと協力し、ビジネス要件がデータモデリングとBIレポーティングの技術的ソリューションに変換されることを確認し、ITチームとのコミュニケーションを維持 4. プロジェクトの計画と実行に参加し、すべてのプロジェクト関係者と緊密な連携を維持し、高品質で納期通りのプロジェクトデリバリーを確保 5. プロジェクト成果物のUAT検証に参加し、ビジネスと要件の両方の観点から成果物がビジネス要件を満たしていることを確認 6. 納品されたデータモデルとBIレポートのフィードバック分析とサポートに参加し、データモデルとBIレポートのビジネス価値を継続的に改善し、ビジネスサイドから質問に対応 7. 最新のBIツールや技術を学び、適用し、会社のデータ活用とデータ分析能力を促進する 1. Responsible for Lenovo's digital transformation and supporting change management and solution deployment related operations for global service supply chain projects. 2. Collaborate with business and IT implementation teams to drive digitalization 3. Design service-related processes and IT system solutions and implement service solutions including project initiatives, project blueprints, test support, training, and production support. 4. Survey your business team and continually optimize your solution 5. 月給600,000円～1,000,000円 給与詳細 ※基本給・固定残業代の総額 基本給：月給 47万円 〜 78万2000円 固定残業代：あり 1ヶ月あたり13万円 〜 21万8000円（固定残業時間：1ヶ月あたり40時間） 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する 【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額：なし 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額：なし
