This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to utilize their recruitment, HR, and English communication skills while growing their career in a global environment. ✅ Annual salary: JPY 6M–8M ✅ Utilize and strengthen your English skills ✅ Opportunity to handle both Talent Acquisition and HR operations ―――――――――――――――― 【Key Responsibilities】 ⏩ Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations ● Manage and oversee full-cycle recruitment activities ● Create and manage job advertisements in both English and Japanese ● Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates ● Track hiring progress and prepare recruitment reports ● Propose improvements to recruitment strategies and hiring operations ⏩ External Partners & HR Vendor Coordination ● Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external HR vendors ● Share hiring requirements and manage recruitment progress ● Communicate and negotiate with external stakeholders ⏩ HR Operations / Employee Administration ● Support onboarding and offboarding procedures ● Manage employee records and HR-related applications ● Handle attendance and payroll-related documentation ● Support general HR administrative operations ⏩ HR Support in a Global Environment ● Communicate internally and externally in English ● Collaborate with overseas members and external partners ● Support HR operations in a bilingual working environment Depending on your experience and skills, you will also have opportunities to contribute to recruitment strategy planning and HR operational improvements.
