仕事内容: Job Description You will support childcare activities and English lessons at our nursery school, helping children learn, grow, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment. Main Responsibilities * Assist with children's daily care and routines under the guidance of childcare teachers. * Participate in and supervise children's play, indoor activities, and outdoor activities. * Assist children with daily routines, including meals and changing clothes. * Communicate with children in English as part of their daily activities. * Teach and assist with English lessons for preschool and elementary school children. * Prepare teaching materials and educational resources for English lessons. * Assist with the preparation and implementation of school events and seasonal activities. * Keep classrooms tidy and organize toys, teaching materials, and educational equipment after use. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with children and can work collaboratively with our childcare teachers to create a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your English skills while making a positive contribution to children's growth and development. ・Fluent Support Staff: Experienced, fluent English-speaking Japanese staff will assist during classes and help with communication or classroom management when needed
