仕事内容 Short-Term Opportunity (Aug–Oct 2026): Dining Staff for International Sports Event Athletes’ Village Caesar’s Kitchen will be operating the dining facilities at the Athletes’ Village for an international sports event to be held in Aichi Prefecture from September 2026. We are currently recruiting staff who are available to work on a fixed-term basis for this project. <Contract Period> Mid-August – Late October 2026 Start date may be subject to change <Location> Minato-ku, Nagoya, Aichi (within the Athletes’ Village) <Working Hours> Operating hours: 4:00 AM – 2:00 AM Shift-based (9 hours per day: 8 working hours + 1-hour break) 5 days per week Fixed shift assignment planned <Monthly gross salary> 352,000 JPY (day shift) <Positions Available> [Kitchen Staff] -Assist chefs -Food preparation and cooking -Kitchen hygiene management -Shifts: 4:00–13:00 / 8:00–17:00 / 16:00–25:00 [Dining Room Staff] -Serve food and beverages at counters -Cleaning and hygiene management of dining areas -Shifts: 4:00–13:00 / 7:00–16:00 / 13:00–22:00 / 16:00–25:00 [BOH Steward Staff ] -Wash kitchen utensils and tableware -Cleaning and hygiene management of kitchen -Shifts: 5:30–13:00 / 7:30–16:30 / 14:30–23:30 / 17:00–26:00 [FOH Steward Staff] -Collect trays and tableware from dining areas -Replenish trays and tableware at counters -Cleaning and hygiene management of dining areas -Shifts: 4:00–13:00 / 7:30–16:30 / 11:00–20:00 / 16:00–25:00 [Food Runner] -Transport prepared dishes from kitchen to food counters -Collect empty containers -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around food counters -Shifts: 4:00–13:00 / 7:30–16:30 / 16:00–25:00 [Grab&Go Counter Staff] -Replenish food at Grab&Go counters -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around Grab&Go counters -Shifts: 4:00–13:00 / 7:00–16:00 [Concierge] -Check-in/Check-out baggages -Manage the bagage storage -Maintain cleanliness around baggage check-in area -Shifts: 4:00–13:00 / 7:00–16:00 / 13:00–22:00 / 16:00–25:00 <Benefits & Conditions> ¥100,000 completion bonus (upon contract completion) Social insurance coverage Early morning and late-night allowances Full transportation reimbursement Staff meals provided Uniform provided Communication allowance Free accommodation provided for applicants from outside the area (during contract period) Staff using accommodation will be required to support early morning or late-night shifts.
