仕事内容 Short-Term Opportunity (Aug–Oct 2026): Dietitian / Sports Dietitian for International Sports Event Athletes’ Village Caesar’s Kitchen will be operating the dining facilities at the Athletes’ Village for an international sports event to be held in Aichi Prefecture from September 2026. We are currently recruiting Dietitian / Sports Dietitian who are available to work on a fixed-term basis for this project. <Contract Period> Mid-August – Late October 2026 Start date may be subject to change <Location> Minato-ku, Nagoya, Aichi (within the Athletes’ Village) <Working Hours> Operating hours: 4:00 AM – 2:00 AM Shift-based (9 hours per day: 8 working hours + 1-hour break) 5 days per week Fixed shift assignment planned <Monthly gross salary> (day shift) Sport Dietician - Monthly 677,600 JPY Dieitician - Monthly 545,600 JPY <Role Overview> We are looking for a Dietitian / Sports Dietitian to support athlete dining operations during the Aichi–Nagoya 2026 Asian Games. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate nutritional and allergen information is available and supporting athletes with dietary inquiries in a fast-paced, international environment. <Key Responsibilities> -Prepare and manage nutritional information cards and allergen labels -Ensure accuracy and proper display of nutrition and allergen information -Review menu nutrition and coordinate updates with culinary teams -Provide basic nutritional guidance and support to athletes -Assist with special dietary requirements in line with procedures -Work closely with Culinary and Food Safety teams -Maintain records and documentation related to nutrition and allergens -Shifts: 4:00–13:00 / 8:00–17:00 / 16:00–25:00 <Benefits & Conditions> ¥100,000 completion bonus (upon contract completion) Social insurance coverage Early morning and late-night allowances Full transportation reimbursement Staff meals provided Uniform provided Communication allowance Free accommodation provided for applicants from outside the area (during contract period) Staff using accommodation will be required to support early morning or late-night shifts.
