We import & distribute fast-moving food & beverages in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong to leading retailers, corporates, hotels, casinos & airlines. 仕事内容: * クライアントの担当者対応 * 外資系企業オフィス内にあるマイクロキッチン/カフェスペースの運営維持および食品や備品の在庫管理 * クライアント企業の従業員へのカスタマーサービスの提供 * ランチやスナックメニューの計画と準備 * 新製品の試食・試飲、ランチメニューの試食 * ビュッフェやパーティーイベントの準備と運営 * カフェスペースの清潔維持 * 発注書および請求書の処理、食品や飲料の受け取り、納期のモニタリング * 在庫数と消費量のデータ分析及びレポートの作成 * その他必要に応じた業務 * Client facing role * Operation and maintenance of micro kitchen/café space within the global company office, including inventory management of food and supplies * Providing customer service to employees of client companies * Planning and preparing lunch and snack menus * Preparation and operation of buffets and party events * Maintaining cleanliness of the micro kitchen/café space * Processing purchase orders and invoices, receiving food and beverage deliveries, and monitoring delivery deadlines * Prepare stock and consumption reports and statistics * Provide any ad hoc assistance as required

勤務時間

固定時間制 勤務時間・曜日: * 平日週5日 7:00~18:00 の間で8時間勤務（内休憩１時間で実動8時間。勤務時間相談可） * ①7:00～16:00 ②8:00～17:00 ③9:00～18:00 * Weekdays 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM (with a one-hour break, totaling 8 hours of actual work. )

給与

月給270,000円以上 給与: 固定残業代あり：月給￥270,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥35,000（20時間相当分）を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。 能力次第で昇給します。

休日休暇

休暇・休日: 完全週休二日制（土日祝日、勤務先企業の休日） Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and office closure days)

【保険制度】 雇用保険、労災保険、健康保険、厚生年金 待遇・福利厚生: * 交通費別途支給 * 月給27万円～（経験・スキルに応じて変動します) * 正社員登用の可能性あり * Transportation expenses paid separately * Monthly salary from 270,000 yen (varies depending on experience and skills)

Good communication skill is necessary. * Customer service, restaurants work, and food handling experience is preferred. * PC skills in MS Word and Excel. * Must have a working visa for Japan
