仕事内容 Caesar’s Kitchen will be operating dining facilities at the Athletes’ Village for a major international sports event taking place in Aichi, Japan from September 2026. We are currently seeking Food Safety Assistants to join our team on a fixed-term basis and support this large-scale project. You will be part of a diverse, international team, so candidates who are comfortable communicating in English are highly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided prior to the event, ensuring you are well prepared for the role. [Contract Period] Mid-August 2026 – Late October 2026 Start date may be subject to change [Location] Athletes’ Village, Minato-ku, Nagoya, Aichi, Japan [Working Schedule] Operating hours: 6:00 AM – 12:30 AM Shift-based (9 hours per day: 8 working hours + 1-hour break) 5 days per week Fixed shifts planned Role Overview [Monthly gross salary] 580,800 yen (day shift) In this role, you will support the implementation of food safety management systems based on HACCP standards, helping ensure safe and high-quality meal service throughout the event. [Key Responsibilities] Monitor compliance with food safety standards across dining areas and service lines Conduct regular temperature checks in accordance with guidelines Collect and manage food and beverage samples Maintain hygiene supplies (handwashing stations, sanitizers, PPE) Identify and mitigate cross-contamination risks Support inspections conducted by dietitians and quality assurance teams [Benefits & Conditions] ¥100,000 completion bonus upon contract completion Social insurance coverage Late-night shift allowance Full transportation reimbursement Staff meals provided Uniform provided Communication allowance Free accommodation for applicants relocating from outside the area Employees using company-provided accommodation will be expected to support early morning or late-night shifts.
