Training & Support — No Experience Needed Most guides at KOKYO Travel started with no prior guiding experience. We offer comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and on-site training, so you can confidently start guiding on your own. You’ll also have opportunities to improve your skills and build strong connections with fellow guides through regular training sessions and company events. 求める人材: Ideal Candidate * Available to work from 9:00 PM on both weekdays and weekends (Main areas: Shinjuku & Shibuya) Able to submit shifts for at least 4 days per month * Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with guests * Has a genuine hospitality mindset * Flexible and adaptable in dynamic situationsRequired Qualifications * Business-level English proficiency or higher * TOEIC score of 800 or above (guideline) * Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher Preferred Qualifications * Experience in tourism, hospitality, or tour planning/operations * No experience required — beginners are welcome (Comprehensive training provided) Additional Information * Educational background not required * Applicants with no prior experience are welcome (Thorough training and support available)
