仕事内容: Role Overview: As a Site Security Manager (SSM), you will lead a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of data centers and other critical infrastructure facilities. This role involves overseeing physical security operations, maintaining audit readiness, and collaborating with clients and management to drive high performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, operational expertise, and technical acumen to uphold a secure and compliant environment tailored to the unique security needs of data centers. Key Responsibilities: ・Oversee security operations across one or more facilities. ・Recruit, train, and develop site security personnel. ・Monitor and enhance security systems and processes. ・Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. ・Enforce compliance with safety protocols, post orders, and incident management procedures. ・Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies to minimize disruptions. ・Provide regular reports to management and ensure successful audit outcomes.
