職種/仕事内容

仕事内容: Appre is a cosy eight-seat whisky and sake bar hidden inside Shibuya’s historic Nonbei Yokocho. We feature rare bottles such as Hibiki, Jikon, and Nikka, and serve both Japanese and international guests. You’ll work as the bartender, preparing drinks, chatting with customers, and managing the counter. Looking for someone friendly, curious, and confident speaking English and Japanese. Smoking is prohibited inside the bar.

時給1,500円～3,500円給与: * Trial period: ¥1,500+ per hour + commission (rate and base pay negotiable) * After 10 PM: +22.5% night allowance * Raises in base pay and commission based on performance

求める人材: * Previous bar or hospitality experience: strongly preferred * Conversational–fluent English (IELTS 5.5/ equivalent) * Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 level or higher * Enthusiasm for Japanese whisky or sake (no prior knowledge required!) * Able to work independently and manage small tasks alone * Managerial experience is a plus (for full-time applicants)
