仕事内容 Job Description Join our team as a delivery driver operating 2t–4t trucks on fixed daily routes delivering food and daily necessities to corporate customers. You’ll typically handle around 10 stops per day. Overtime is minimal, offering excellent work-life balance. Work may include scheduled routes, spot deliveries, and charter services. Requirements Valid Medium Vehicle License (up to 8 t) or Semi-Medium Vehicle License No prior experience required — we welcome career changers. Supportive training provided by experienced mentors. We value candidates who “approach work with a positive attitude.” Typical Daily Schedule: 07:00 – Clock in, vehicle check, loading 08:00 – Start deliveries (morning) 12:00 – Lunch break 13:00 – Resume deliveries (afternoon) 16:00 – Return to base, unload, complete paperwork 17:00 – End of shift (overtime is minimal)

求めている人材 Requirements Valid Medium Vehicle License (up to 8 t) or Semi-Medium Vehicle License No prior experience required — we welcome career changers. Language Requirement Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level N3 or above recommended. N2 level or higher preferred for smoother communication, comprehension of delivery instructions, and handling documents. 2. Work Eligibility Applicants must hold a valid residence status that allows full-time employment in Japan. We welcome candidates with the following residence statuses, which allow unrestricted employment in Japan: Permanent Resident Spouse or Child of Japanese National Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident Long-term Resident Applicants with these statuses are already active in the transportation industry as truck, bus, and taxi drivers, and are highly valued for their stability and contribution. Visa holders with work restrictions (e.g., Student visa with part-time limit, Dependent visa without permit) are not eligible. 3. Onboarding & Training Orientation includes route familiarization and mentorship by experienced colleagues. Written materials and basic Japanese language support will be provided for smooth training. 4. Employee Support Systems Administrative support is available in English for employment procedures, insurance enrollment, and daily operational needs. Flexible scheduling ensures a stable work–life balance.
