仕事内容 With the start of our new business, we are looking for a Restaurant manager or managerial candidate to take charge of the store! Work in a Japanese restaurant and learn about Wagyu beef, sushi, ramen, shabu-shabu, etc. We are a “hands-on” company, so basically all of the authority to run operations rests with the “stores” onsite. Please cooperate with employees and part-timers to create better stores! 《10 business categories and 10 president's plans》 The head office supports the back-office part of the company, including overall management, accounting, operations, and general affairs. We have built a system that basically allows store development as long as there is a president and on-site staff. First, we will create one store, and from there, we will create 3 stores, 5 stores, 10 stores, 30 stores, 50 stores, 100 stores, and so on. 月給400,000円～1,000,000円給与詳細 ※基本給・固定残業代の総額基本給：月給 24万6000円〜 61万8000円固定残業代：あり（給与形態と同じ単位で支給） 1ヶ月あたり15万4000円〜 38万2000円（固定残業時間：1ヶ月あたり80時間）固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する【一律手当】全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額：なし全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額：なし ※Decided after considering experience, ability, qualifications, etc. ※If you have the ability to be a store manager, monthly salary is 500,000 yen to 1.5 million yen. ■Monthly salary: 400,000 yen - 1,000,000 yen ※Total amount of basic salary and fixed overtime pay Basic salary: Monthly salary 246,000 yen - 618,000 yen ■Fixed overtime pay: Yes (paid in the same unit as salary type) 154,000 yen to 382,000 yen per month (fixed overtime hours: 80 hours per month) Overtime pay will be paid separately for working hours that exceed the fixed overtime hours. ■Uniform allowance Commuting, perfect attendance, and family allowance amount paid uniformly to everyone: None Other allowances paid uniformly to everyone: None
