求めている人材 【Required Qualifications】 ・Minimum 1 year of experience using power racks and Smith machines ・Someone who genuinely enjoys personal growth and seeing clients change ・JLPT N2 or higher 【Preferred Qualifications】 ・Fitness certifications (NSCA, NESTA, JATI, AT, etc.) ・National licenses (Physical Therapist, Judo Therapist, etc.) ・Experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor 【Ideal Candidate Profile】 ・Highly motivated and eager to continuously learn ・Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport ・Responsible and capable of independently managing the studio ・Training experience (coaching experience is a plus) About This Position This is a full-time employee position, not freelance or contract work. If you currently work only on a spot basis when requested at a gym, or if you're in a low-paying part-time role at a fitness club and want stability, full-time benefits, and career growth—this is a great opportunity.
