Last Train Consideration: All staff members finish work in time for their last train. ✨A Typical Day (Lunch to Dinner Shift)✨ 10:00 | Clock-in: Start the day with a friendly "Ohayou gozaimasu!" Prepare for the lunch rush. 10:30 | Team Briefing We start the day by reviewing the reservation list. Floor and kitchen teams sync up to ensure seamless teamwork and a great guest experience. 11:00 | Lunch Service: Taking orders, serving food, and preparing drinks. Ensure every guest feels welcome with a professional smile. 14:00 | Break: Take a break in shifts once the lunch rush settles. Recharging through communication with team members. 17:00 | Dinner Prep: Resetting table settings and replenishing beverages. Fine-tuning every detail for the evening. 17:30 | Dinner Service: Provide sophisticated service with detailed dish explanations. A rewarding time with many guests visiting for anniversaries and special occasions. 21:30 | Last Order: Serve final drinks and desserts. Maintain high-quality hospitality while beginning the wind-down. 22:30 | Closing: Floor cleaning, register closing, restocking, and confirming reservations for the next day. The whole team works together to reset the store. 23:00 | Clock-out: Finish all cleanup and head home. The smiles of our guests are the greatest reward for the day!
