Last Train Consideration: All staff members finish work in time for their last train. ✨A Typical Day (Lunch to Dinner Shift)✨ 10:00 | Clock-in: Start the day with a friendly "Ohayou gozaimasu!" Focus on lunch prep. 10:30 | Team Briefing We start the day by reviewing the reservation list. Floor and kitchen teams sync up to ensure seamless teamwork and a great guest experience. 11:00 | Lunch Service: In charge of cooking with speed and precision. 14:00 | Break: Refresh and prepare for the dinner rush. 17:00 | Dinner Prep: Finalize sauces, prep meat/fish, and arrange plating. 17:30 | Dinner Service: Smooth operations through great teamwork. 21:30 | Last Order: Begin cleanup while finishing the final orders. 22:00 | Closing: Kitchen cleaning, inventory check, and prep for the next day. 23:00 | Clock-out: Great job today!
