Online interviews can be scheduled Monday – Friday,11:00am~8:00pm! Job Description Kids Duo focuses on fostering students’ confidence and enthusiasm in English via interactive games and activities. Our motto is “Play in English, Learn in English,” and with this mentality in mind we strive to create a fun, safe, and comfortable environment in which our students learn usable, real life English. Kids Duo teachers take turns leading and supporting a variety of highly active games and activities, including Arts & Crafts, Music & Dance, Science, Social Studies, and Teachers Choice. Expect to conduct activities with both large and small groups (sometimes as many as 30 or more students) of children ages 3-12. Job Responsibilities: Preparing for lessons and events, and conducting lessons based on the curriculum. Cleaning and organizing the classroom, planning, and running events (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, etc.). Communicating with parents. Promotional activities (e.g., distributing flyers). Supporting the head teacher. Job Highlights: A 2-minute walk from the station makes commuting easy! 120 days off per year! Weekends and holidays off! A great environment for those in their 20s and 30s, including parents. Minimal overtime (about 5 hours per month), allowing for excellent work-life balance! Work Hours: Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (8 hours of work). During long holidays (spring, summer, winter breaks), shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (9-hour shifts, including breaks). Holidays and Time Off: Full two-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off). 120 days off per year. Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays. Paid leave (3 days at the time of joining, and 7 days after 6 months). Maternity and paternity leave (with a track record of use by male employees). Bereavement leave. Location: Kids Duo Kiba 301 Eminence, 6-6-2 Kiba, Koto-ku, Tokyo, 135-0042, Japan "Non-smoking area" "Non-smoking shuttle bus" "No smoking during work" Access: 7-minute walk from Tobu Isesaki Line’s "Dokkyo University-mae" station. No commuting by private car. Salary: Monthly salary: ¥250,000 Expected annual income: ¥3,100,000 Salary raise once a year, fully monthly-based salary. Benefits:Trial period of 3 months (no changes to conditions during this period). Full social insurance (pension, health insurance, employment insurance, and workers’ compensation). Commuting allowance. Company-owned vacation facility (Izu Kawazu Hot Springs).
