仕事内容 Side (formerly PTW) is a global video game development and services provider, offering technical and creative solutions to many of the largest developers and studios around the world. Support the customer service operations including but not limited to evaluating, monitoring, analyzing of results, and implementing any changes via email. -Perform (Traditional Chinese-English, English-Traditional Chinese) language translation and proofreading where necessary. -Respond and support players issues via chat and email, including but not limited to password resets, in-game reports and more. -Respond to approximately 60~80 player inquries a day.

給与

年俸2,800,000円～3,200,000円 給与詳細 基本給：年俸 280万円 〜 320万円 固定残業代：なし 【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額：なし 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額：なし *Company regulations will take into account experience and ability. Annual Salary: 2.8M JPY to 3.2M JPY 0~10h average monthly overtime
