Working closely with our multinational client, you will design high-impact training plans and spearhead skill-up programs for the entire team. [Key Responsibilities] Strategic Alignment: Partner with our international client to align on training and development policies. Instructional Design: Design and execute tailored, data-driven training plans for functional sub-teams. Facilitation & Optimization: Lead training sessions and continuously refine the core curriculum. Performance Coaching: Coach team members to consistently meet weekly performance targets and goals. Data Analytics: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to key stakeholders. Client communication will be conducted primarily in English, as the client is a global company.
